PATHOS – Exhibition Feature

Short Introduction

Doğan Özdemir was invited to exhibit in Pathos, a cross-cultural contemporary art exhibition presented by Spira9 Art at Indra Gallery, London. Bringing together a diverse group of international artists, Pathos explored emotional intensity, vulnerability, and the fluid ways in which art resonates through the human body..

About the Exhibition

Pathos proposed that emotion is not something to decode, but something to sense. The exhibition created an atmospheric environment where works from different mediums and cultural backgrounds interacted, forming a shifting emotional landscape. Each artist contributed a unique tone—from soft and fragile to sharp and urgent—reflecting the multi-layered nature of human feeling.

We are also delighted to share that Pathos was featured in 1883 Magazine, a leading independent arts and culture publication known for highlighting emerging creatives and contemporary cultural movements. This coverage expanded the exhibition’s visibility and positioned it within a wider international conversation about cross-cultural artistic expression.
